Co-founder & Owner
Sohrab leads the development and construction operations in Canada. He also manages the repositioning and re-branding operations of Veritas Praedium.
Sohrab has 15+ years of experience in commercial real estate. He has completed and delivered more than 1,000 residential units and developed $500M worth of residential, commercial and hospitality construction. His diverse background in engineering, commercial real estate development, construction and project management of major capital projects is instrumental to creating unique investment opportunities.
Francis “fletch” Froude
Co-founder & Owner
Fletch leads the investment/asset management and operations in the USA. He is also in charge of strategic partnership with investors, private equities, family offices and financial institutions. With 20+ years of experience in real estate and oil & gas industries, Fletch brings a proven track record in business development, technical sales & marketing, creative financing, capital raising, M&A evaluation, stakeholder and asset management and investor-portfolio development. He has led the acquisition and management of a US$50M portfolio of rental multifamily apartments in Texas and Midwest markets.

Cal Bricker
SVP of Development
Cal has more than 20 years of experience in managing more than $1B construction and real estate development projects in North America. He has been responsible for developing the scope of work and construction budget as well as initiating and maintaining relationships with financial institutions, corporations, foundations and other organizations interested in funding affordable housing projects.
Murphy Stewart
VP of Product Design
Murphy brings more than 30 years of Design experience to the team. During her tenure as a designer, she worked on various types of projects from single family to multifamily, spec to high end custom builds. Her understanding of space, form, function and material helps us to bring a purpose-built product into the marker with Veritassignature.
Santiago Pams
VP of Asset Management
Santi has 8+ years of experience in real estate asset management. He has led the effort to originate and manage a multifamily fund which currently has 500M USD in assets under management. He brings broad experience in underwriting and project analysis as well as direct experience in development of residential projects with over 10M USD in sales.
